Preparing For The Day



 


Starting your day doesn't need to be complicated.

And I get it because the importance of a morning routine bombards us, but who has two hours to do all the recommended things?

I always recommend starting small and doing only what currently resonates with you. A simple practice of being fully present while having a cup of tea or coffee by candlelight can change your energy and balance your body, setting you up to come from a place of being centered and balanced throughout the day.
