GROUP CRYSTAL REIKI HEALING

In this small group healing session, you will come into the present moment and your body. You will be guided into a state of relaxation, release stress and find balance by experiencing the many benefits of reiki and crystals and focusing on your breath. No experience is needed, just the willingness to want to find your center. All you need is a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.
